“Little Chef Little Cafe” will open at 5-43 48th Avenue, a source told The Court Square Blog.
It will serve coffee, various pastries and acai bowls, among other items, the source said.
The cafe will take over for Greenpoint Fish & Lobster Company, which closed after a three-year run in the retail space in August.1
The source indicated that Little Chef Little Cafe is aiming for a late October opening.
Construction started recently, with paper covering the windows, as seen in the photo below.
