Alejandro Meola is an argentine-american songwriter and guitarist based in New York City since 2013. Born in Miami, he grew up in Buenos Aires. His music is rooted in Rock/Blues, occasionally blending elements from a variety of other genres like Soul, Jazz, Reggae and Latin folk rhythms.

This Fall the songwriter embarks on a cross-country US tour with shows in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Nashville, Memphis and Chicago. Learn more
The new album follows the release of “Blue Whale” (LP, 2018), “First Impressions” (EP, 2015) as well as the singles “Black Feathered Angels” and “Please” (2014). With features at Indie Shuffle and Pop Matters among other media, the songwriter has done numerous shows in the local New York City scene, having performed at clubs like Pianos, Arlene’s Grocery, Bowery Electric, Rockwood Music Hall, CBGB Music & Film Festival, Coney Island Baby and Union Pool, to name a few.
Before moving to New York, Meola recorded in Buenos Aires two albums and two other EP’s. Period in which he formed as a musician, founded his first bands and thoroughly played the underground circuit.
