A coffee shop is coming to 11-51 47th Avenue, a source told The Court Square Blog.
That was confirmed by permits filed with the Department of Buildings. The new restaurant will be called the “Beanstalk Cafe”1 and scheduled work will entail “RENOVATION FOR COMMERCIAL SPACE; INSTALL MINOR PARTITIONS,EQUIPMENT, PLUMBING FIXTURES; RESURFACE EXIST.”
It will inhabit a 750 square foot retail space. Signage advertising the space appeared earlier in the year.2
Plaza Cleaners occupies the other half of the retail space. They opened in October, 2018.3
