We last checked in at 27-49 and 27-51 Jackson Avenue in October when construction was was roughly halfway up.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that pipe scaffolding has been installed, as seen in the photo below.
The mixed-use building will rise 14 stories and have 29,873 of residential space and 1,739 square feet of commercial space for a FAR of 7.90.2 The signage projects a fall 2019 delivery.
