When fully complete, the structure will comprise 145,000 square feet of both residential and ground floor retail space. Above the commercial component, residential area includes 158 apartment units plus associated amenities. These include bicycle parking, a communal lounge, a children’s playroom, a fitness center, a game room, and a 10th level roof terrace.
