The last time we checked in at 21-57 44th Drive a/k/a 21-59 44th Drive was in January when the project was just starting facade work.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that pipe scaffolding is covering the building, as seen in the photo below. Delivery is set for summer 2020.
According to DOB Permits, a mixed-use building will rise featuring 14,883 square feet of residential space and 2,672 square feet of commercial space at an FAR of 4.00. There will be 20 apartment units in the seven story building.2
