In December, we reported that construction was complete at 45-07 Court Square a/k/a 5 Court Square, the former home of ENC Market, Domino’s Pizza and Montessori Kids of LIC.1
When we stopped by last week, we saw that retail signage has appeared for the ground floor commercial space, which is being handled by Lee & Associates. Part of the ground floor space will turn into a new Citibank location.2
The spot has 850 – 3,976 square feet of available space according to the listing.3
