The last time we stopped by 23-15 44th Drive was in January 2019, when we saw that signage had appeared for the project and construction was at the fifth floor.1 In the past year, the project has topped out, and facade work has nearly completed, as seen in the photo below.
The mammoth 78-story, 702-unit mixed-use tower is expected to deliver in the fourth quarter of 2021.
