The last time we stopped by 11-17 47th Road, future home of a four-story, seven unit building, was in November, when pipe scaffolding had been removed from the building to reveal the outside facade.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that the sidewalk shed had also been removed to reveal the ground floor space, as seen in the photo below.

The structure will measure 7,022 square feet, and its residential units should average 713 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. There will be two apartments per floor, except for the fourth floor, which will host a single unit. That unit will also feature private rooftop space.
