Permits at 44-26 Purves Street get partial approval

Work looks like it’s about to begin on Brause Realty’s project at 44-26 Purves Street (a/k/a 44-30 Purves). Permits were given partial approval by the Department of Buildings on Feb. 18, and over the weekend,1 we spotted construction equipment on the site.
