Permits approved at Rockrose’s 43-22 Queens Street, future home of Eagle Loft
On April 1, Rockrose received approval from the Department of Buildings on their project at 43-22 Queens Street a/k/a “Eagle Loft.” The permits call for 587,860 square feet of residential space and 34,477 square feet of commercial space.1 Eventually, a tower will rise 54 stories and contain 783 units.
